When you sign up for our newsletter, you will submit your email address and name. We use this information for sending you a personalized newsletter.

We use this information to improve our service, so we customize content according to recipient interests.
The legal basis for our collection/storage/processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) of the Personal Data Regulation. (1) (b) and (f).
How long do we store your personal information?
Your personal information will be kept until you unsubscribe from our newsletter. After termination of subscription, the information will be deleted.
We use MailChimp as a platform for sending newsletters. MailChimp must therefore be considered as a data processor.
Transfer of information to third countries
As we use MailChimp, located in the United States, as a platform for sending newsletters, your information is transferred to a country outside the EU.
Please be informed, that MailChimp is a member of the Privacy Shield scheme and therefore forms the transfer basis for our transfer of your personal information to MailChimp.

You have the right to gain insight into the collected information.
You have the right to have inaccurate information about you deleted, cf. Article 16 of the Personal Data Regulation.
You have the right to have your information deleted from our data processor (if we have exchanged the information with such), cf. Article 17 of the Personal Data Regulation. This right can be exercised by unsubscribing from the newsletter and we will inform our data processor (if we have exchanged the information with such) that the information should be deleted after termination of subscription.
You have the right to limit our processing of information concerning you, cf. Article 18 of the Personal Data Regulation.
In some cases, you may object to our processing of your personal information, cf. Article 21 of the Personal Data Regulation. You may also object to processing of your personal information for direct marketing.
